- DFDeborah France3 days ago5.0Great Customer Service, Even for Walk-In Service! 🚗👏 Literally, I was taking my morning walk, LOL, and decided I needed a car to run some errands until I pick up my new car after the holiday! 🤗 Salva (I believe that’s how she spells her name) was AWESOME! She was quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. She got me into a car just like that — easy breezy! 😊👏 Great job, Enterprise Rent-A-Car! Thank you for making the process so quick, easy, and pleasant. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Keep up the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- LOLorena OspinaOct 6, 20261.0Horrible service. The manager, Josh, is extremely rude and does not know how to treat customers. Since when do you have to wait for them to call you before they can rent you a car? They should respect people’s time instead of making customers wait until they feel like providing a rental car. On top of everything else, the car smelled strongly of marijuana. Both cars I rented from this location had a terrible marijuana smell. What I find ridiculous is that the cars have “No Smoking” signs 🚭, yet people are clearly smoking in them, and the cars are still being rented out to customers in that condition. I even had to spend my own money on good air fresheners just to make the smell more tolerable. Before I left with the car, I told the employees about the smell, but they didn’t seem to care. I didn’t want to return the car because the rental process already took so long, and I would have ended up without a car for another day. Think twice before renting a car from this location!!
- KZKimberly ZitoSep 24, 20265.0The only place I rent from a few times every year. Staff is friendly. I recite the rules to them, get the key, and go. Lol.
- GHGreg HayesAug 22, 20262.0Car was filthy. Inside front windshield and rear window were filthy. Had to stop at store to buy window cleaner to clean windows. Car smelled like “weed”. Will not rent feom this location again.
