  This auto zone was amazing in this place every person helped me out or at least did make an effort. We will def come back. They had a well stocked assortment of fuses and had an array of different tools to get a oil change done or whatever small job needed to be done on your vehicle they even come out to the car to try to help when you are unsure about the job. They do go above and beyond for their customers for sure. Also keep a clean well maintained store.

  Please hear me out when I tell you I’m giving New Britain Auto Zone a bad review the store and the employees watched an argument unfold. I walked into the store to purchase calipers with my commercial account at southington & I’ve had an account with AutoZone it be 5 years. A day later I finished the job and got out of work and the nearest auto zone was in new Britain. I was told by management the day of the purchase I can go anywhere to return my core. When I arrived at the commercial desk an individual named Roehan Moses denied customer assistance for no apparent reason telling me and I quote “ you have to return it to where you originally bought the item” remind you I had my receipt& I’ve had this account for so long being denied was the first especially going to new Britain auto for the first time.His response and his demeanor changed when I told him he has to do his job and he failed to do so and argued with me. One comment in mind he said you don’t want to have a problem with me ? Please new Britain we need better individuals to support customer satisfaction as him being a manager and disrespecting the customers that walk in just to get bad service and be denied I advise you guys to be prepared what to expect walking into new Britain auto zone. And be observant on the customer service you get from Rohen Moses manager for commercial.

  Worst Autozone ever!!! There’s so many mechanics working on cars that you can’t even get a parking spot. I went inside and no one was there. They were all outside hanging out in the parking lot.
