- RMRegina MirabellaOct 2, 20265.0Everyone was friendly and efficient and shared all the important information about my car and what other things were due besides the oil change. I will be back.
- GJGreg JanericoSep 25, 20264.0The service was fantastic. The team worked really well together. The services rendered are too expensive for what they are
- APAnnabella PastorokSep 18, 20265.0Reliable and kind service. Felt grateful for some explanations to things that I asked and some extra help. Kyle, Steven, and Jay were excellent and I’m very happy with my visit- all of them deserve a raise for their patience, kindness & service. Wait time was longer than the service, but I’m not complaining for a Friday. Will be back!
- SGSachary GarciaSep 13, 20261.0If I’ll be honest, this place really does suck. The workers here are so rude as well as their manager. I’ve had an issue in the past and had talked to their manager Kyle, who was so unprofessional. If you are to bring up an issue they will be quick to dismiss the issue with no solution. I’ve talked to Marin as well who had even a bigger attitude problem. He treated me with the upmost disrespect, embarrassing me to the point I have to write this. I don’t know who runs this place because it doesn’t seem like anyone does. They really let this place go it’s embarrassing how they have people like them running the store as they do.
- CRCalista RugglesSep 13, 20261.0I’ve been coming to vavoline since I got my first car. This place really ruined the great image that I’ve had from my experiences at other vavolines. The workers here like I think one was Steve, others like, Tom and even the manager Kyle, were very rude. I’m a very patient person and I don’t let things get to me so easily, but this place really got under my skin. Not only did the service take forever, but I’ve overheard workers talk poorly about customers, poorly about their manager, and have TERRIBLE attitude. I get it work isn’t fun, but at least TRY to be friendly and quick. Their place is dirty, small, unprofessional, and horribly managed. I’ve had other people tell me they had poor experiences here as well, and now I tell people the same thing. What a shame.
