  I've used this location three times in the past three years & they deliver every time. Recently, I needed a truck. Nico, the agent at this location. delivered. Again. I got a 2026 Ram Rebel, V6, Twin Turbo, Red and Black Leather interior with ~12k miles on it. I loved this truck so much! I drove it for---- 4 weeks. I can not thank Nico enough for giving me a quality rental, excellent customer service, at a time when everyone (everyone) is renting cars to go on vacation or bring their kids back to college. Thank you Enterprise of Naugatuck CT. for outstanding customer service. I will definitely return again.

  Don't expect reservations that are made online to be available with out contacting the local branch and when you do contact them you likely won't be speaking to the branch and they don't really know.
