We ended up needing friends to help with transportation. At first, I was told I would be charged for a full day. However, your team member, Wes, stepped in and took care of everything — I can’t thank him enough. This was for a funeral, and his kindness meant more than he knows. I’m sure it wasn’t easy for him to get the charge reversed, but his persistence, courtesy, and empathy made all the difference. Because of Wes, my friends, my colleagues, and I will continue relying on Enterprise for our future needs. Great job, Wes — and thank you, Enterprise. By the way, the car itself was very nice — just too small for what we needed.
