- PNPaulo Nunes1 day ago4.0Love this place. Very friendly staff. Never any issues. But Since the renovations of the pumps. I always have to go inside and pay because the pumps won't take any of my bank cards. 3 different cards from different banks and the pumps won't accept them.
- EDErica Daniel3 days ago5.0If you park in reserve. Please pay to park. Employee of Pilot knocked on my door at 5:36pm to inform me that, that spot was for paying customers. I told him I am a paying customer. Showed my receipt and he went on to the next truck. Store was stocked, Customer service was excellent. Get her early spots fill up pretty quickly.

- EEEsskayJul 30, 20263.0Paid to reserve a spot earlier in the day, and when I got there that evening all the paid spots were full. So I parked alongside the cat scale and went into talk to the front desk. All they could say was sorry. I asked if I could stay where I'm at until morning where maybe some spots opened up, the manager gave me my ticket told me to put it in the window and said yes. I wake up at 2:30 a.m. to a security guard pounding on my truck telling me I can't park there. I said the manager told me I could park here and he walked away. Next morning I walked along all of the trucks parked in the reserved spots and I counted at least 10 that did not have a ticket in the window. If you're going to charge me to park , then enforce the rules like your security guard tried enforcing the rules on me for not being parked in a spot. I literally had nowhere else to go.
