The agent (without hesitation) gave me a different car that was acceptable for my month long reservation. Every interaction with the team at the office was professional, courteous and enjoyable.

Zach straight up lied to my face and told me he didn't have any available but the other Enterprise in town did. I got over to the other Enterprise and the gentleman there said "yeah Zach lied to you." Not sure what happened here. Not a great look for this specific branch in Milford. Now I'm still stuck with a rental car that smells like weed :(
