The $300 deposit fee was not disclosed to me when I went in to rent the car, so imagine my surprise when my account was charged more than double the amount that I had agreed to for the rental. Would have immediately returned the car if the branch wasn’t closed for the holiday weekend. Will be following up with Enterprise Corporate as well as my bank… Update: don’t bother contacting anyone at the link in the responses—literally no one will ever call you back and emails get bounced back as “undeliverable”😂😂

The agent (without hesitation) gave me a different car that was acceptable for my month long reservation. Every interaction with the team at the office was professional, courteous and enjoyable.
