  I have been getting calls from colonial toyota which is located at 470 Boston post road Milford CT that is even if I have a bad credit score you can still get a car we can help you. And I was like I don’t believe but the person I have talked to was STEVEN FABRE who really polite and answers with patience and convinced me to come have look and see. After getting there steven was assigned with few other customers and but still we were assigned a person named JAY ORTIZ. Who was very helpful and responsive no matter how many times we text him and call him. Really appreciated his service. And know what ? Finally they were able help me out even with bad credit score add a o applicant. Now I was in an intention take. Used car but STEVEN FABRE and JAY ORTIZ , these guys are really amazing and they helped me to get a brand new top end luxury Camry ❤️😍🫶. Thank you guys for your service. Will be referring my friends as well.

  We recently purchased a RAV 4 from Colonial Toyota. The second Toyota purchased from this dealership. Our sales person, Brian Tardy, was exceptional! He made the process easy and pleasant.Very knowledgeable on the vehicles we were interested iin, as well as, very personable and attentive. Above all, after listening to our wants and needs of what we were looking for in a car his honesty of what would be the best car for us. If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle I would tell you to visit Colonial Toyota in your search and ask for Brian Tardy. You won’t be disappointed.

  I visited Milford Toyota yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. The sales representative was rude and unhelpful from the start. I specifically asked about the Toyota RAV4, but instead, he brought me a Toyota Camry and began showing that without addressing my request. I mentioned that I was planning to trade in my 2022 Camry, and while he acknowledged it, he still refused to show me the RAV4. Instead of properly explaining options or walking me through the vehicle features, he simply handed me a tablet with pricing information and showed little to no interest in assisting me. Overall, I felt disrespected and ignored as a customer. This was not the level of service I expected, and it made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional.
