  This place is a joke. Reserved a car four days ago, called the day before to make sure we are all set, was told yes we are good to go. Get to the place to pick up our car only to be told that the car did not come in yet and do not have a time on when it would arrive if at al. Ummm.. say what?? So I looked at the workers and said not one of you could have called this am to tell us that you do not have a car for us?? You let us drive to you and do not have the decency to call to tell us that you are working on it but do not have an ETA. How in the world do you guys stay in business? You offer one service and cannot provide that. Shame on you enterprise for the type of customer service that no one should ever get.

  The past 3 times I have tried to used these folks I have been let down. Twice before I have tried to rent a large vehicle and over the phone was told that there wouldn't be a problem, and then came a phone call stating they did not have anything available. Today I called to make a reservation for a one way to jfk, waited on the phone for someone to confirm availability, this time asked for whatever they had as long as it got me to NY. And what a surprise 20 min later a phone call saying they did not have anything available for today. 3 out of the 4 times I needed enterprise I was let down, all at this location.

  Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Star in particular went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and is a true asset to this company.

  1. Truck smelled like wet dog / smoke 2. Inconvenient drop off, would not pick up at my employment. 3. Called and harassed me about a 4500.00 bill because insurance company adjuster (who reserved the vehicle) forgot or never read the email that I sent to him notifying him the vehicle was dropped off back at body shop as requested by Enterprise.

  I needed a rental while my vehicle was being repaired after a collision. Star from the Middletown Ct location walked me through a very challenging insurance situation and was able to ensure I kept the rental car I had been using at no additional cost out of pocket. She went above and beyond to contact me first before my insurance company denied my vehicle rental. She coached me through the situation and looked out for my best interest start to finish. She was patient, extremely compassionate and knowledgeable about the right way to manage this situation. 10/10 I would rent here again.
