  Great experience, from Initial web page inquiry to our salesman Frank's communication, test drive and going over the cars features to the comfortable no pressure professional finance manager Jeff. And cant forget George their service Management. He came out of his way to personally introduce himself and sat with us and talked asked us about family and life making us feel welcome and like we belong there. Would highly recommend this dealer for any auto sales or service

  Josh made the entire leasing process such a great experience! From start to finish, he was incredibly patient, personable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and made a stressful time fun with his great sense of humor. His professionalism, honesty, and friendly personality really stood out, and I couldn’t be happier with my new lease.   Earlier this year, I purchased and was SCAMMED by a well known online car dealer. Having no idea where to turn, I simply Googled "Nearest VW Dealership" and Thank Goodness I found Harte VW of Meriden! If I could give the dealership a million stars I would. What turned into bringing my "Lemon" Vehicle to the service department back in February, ultimately turned into George, Bruce and Adam working together to get me out of a financial bind and into a brand new 2026 Tiguan. From the service, sales and finance departments- everyone is so communicative, helpful and are always available to answer all your questions. I've never been treated so kindly at a dealership and would recommend everyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle to them!

  The best experience buying a car I’ve ever experienced. I got the car of my dreams with the help of everyone at the dealership, especially from Josh, our salesman. All the other staff were incredibly helpful and very transparent which made me feel very confident through the whole process. It was very quick and easy to purchase a new car.
