  This review is specifically for Frank Perrelli, the salesman who worked with me while buying my truck. Super friendly guy and very helpful throughout the whole process. The truck I was looking to purchase was getting some work done first and he kept me up to date the whole time. He was very responsive and helpful, even when he was busy with personal stuff he took a moment to let me know what was going on. After I purchased the truck I did run into issues (not the dealers fault, it was a ford truck that got work done at a ford dealer under warranty) and even during that Frank was very helpful. I won’t name any names but some people in the used car department where pretty awful… and still having to deal with it, but Frank has been wonderful the whole time.

  Joshua Teesdale was awesome. He new the exact car for me. He was with from beginning to end. Even as far for helping me to return my rental. And teaching me to learn the new car.

  Just bought the nicest(!) car I’ve ever owned (and my first EV) at Harte VW in Meriden. Josh, our sales rep made the process smooth and even fun! He worked with our schedule, our priorities, and really went to the mat for us! I especially appreciated Josh’s personal approach and consistent communication throughout. I am very happy with the car and would recommend working with Josh to anyone currently looking for a new or new used car. And thank you to Luis for the quick and easy financing experience!

  I had a great experience purchasing my car, and a big part of that was thanks to Josh Teesdale in sales and Jeff in finance. From the moment I walked in, Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained the features clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. When it came time to handle the paperwork, Jeff in finance made the process smooth and straightforward. He clearly explained all the options, answered my questions with patience, and made sure everything was transparent and easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. Overall, the entire experience was stress-free and well handled from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend working with both Josh and Jeff if you’re in the market for a vehicle—they made the process easy and enjoyable.
