  Second time dealing with this location. What a joke. First experience they replace the driver rear window, came out to me. They left ALL the glass that broke in my door. I went in to complain, they claim they got it out. Nope. Was exactly the same. Now, I go in for a simple windshield chip. I go in as polite as can be to be “greeted” with attitude and disregard by Teresa. I was not allowed to simply drop it off and pick it up even though it seems they would have preferred that as they openly bashed “late appointments” and how they could not believe people scheduled them and proceeded to lie to other customers and reschedule them. Overall poor customer service and completely unprofessional. Will not return to safelite and will be guiding others to go elsewhere. Really disappointing from such a widely known company. All they seem to want to do is lie, have 0 accountability and deflect. Very shady

  Safelite is a bate and switch company. When I placed an order for a windshield replacement I received a price of $285. Shortly after I received an email saying I owed $75. More. Tried to call the Manchester CT office. The phone system doesn’t allow you to talk to a person. Then I called the corporate office. A nice gentleman there tried to call Manchester, no one picked up, so he sent Daniel, the manager of Manchester to get back to me ASAP. I received a call later that morning. The person I spoke to said I was not charged for glass disposal and taxes when I placed the order on line. Told her I took a picture of my order and those items were listed. She said the system doesn’t add those prices. I said they were on the picture receipt. Them she said she was not going to argue as the customer is always right. She did take the $75.00 of the bill. The difference was in the cost of the windshield on both receipts. Always take a copy of your receipt if you place it on line so they don’t use the bate and switch on you.

  Failed to properly seal my windshield causing over $8,000 worth of electrical damage. They did pay for all damages but they failed to follow their word to take it to my dealership of choice who diagnosed the problem which delayed the repair. I went 26 days without my truck due to negligence. This is the 2nd vehicle I have brought there and both times my vehicles had damages. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

  I had an object thrown at my windshield that left a huge gash. Thankfully my insurance covered it in full and referred me to safelite. My appointment had to be rescheduled due to the new windshield arriving damaged but that didn’t bother me since I knew it was out of their control. When Ricardo arrived he was super kind and I instantly knew I felt comfortable with him completing my service and driving my car. He did an exceptional job and was very time efficient. My car has safety sensors in the windshield that needed to be recalibrated which requires driving the car and there were no issues with that. I opted out of the wiper blades replacement and purchased my own instead. I mentioned it to him when he arrived and he put on the new wiper blades for me free of charge! Overall I am very happy with my service and I love that they are able to complete everything at my home without me having to go into a repair shop.

  Safelite in Manchester CT is so easy to schedule an appointment with. The quality of service I received was amazing from start to finished. Daniel was incredibly friendly at intake and walked me through the entire process and welcomed me to wait for the service to be completed. Waiting area was spacious, clean and comfortable. My wait time was short since my windshield was able to be repaired instead of a complete replacement. I recommend this location hands down, top notch!
