  Disappointing experience with my recent windshield replacement. While the initial appointment went smoothly and took about two to three hours, I encountered issues shortly after. During a rainy day a few weeks later, my automatic wipers stopped working. I brought the car back in for warranty service but was told there were no issues. The next day, my dashboard displayed error messages to service the automatic wipers, and they now activate randomly even when it isn't raining. Additionally, the rubber gasket around the new windshield is already starting to come apart. I now have a third appointment scheduled to resolve these issues. Frustrated that it is taking this many attempts to properly fix my windshield and hope this can be all resolved during the next visit. UPDATE: Third appt this morning, tech said a new gel pad needed to be applied to the sensor. 2 hours after leaving the gel pad had started to come off and my windshield wipers are now activating with no rain randomly. Waiting to hear back from Safelite. Never again will I use this company and I will fight GEICO to the end if they ever recommend them again.

  My experience with safelite was terrible, my hood was left open ,my truck, the trim pieces on each side of the windshield one is sticking out and the other one was flush,windshield wipers were compromised, 1 side was not hooked up and routed the wrong way under my hood. And Not connected at all overall ,I was asked to come back into the shop to remove my antenna. Because the technician did not feel comfortable doing it themselves. Also, missing screws in the plastic trim that goes on below the windshield wipers. it was a terrible experience

  Within 15 minutes of calling my insurance company, I had an appointment for the very next day. The technician called to ask if he come earlier to repair my windshield. My windshield was repaired in less than 24 hours from when the windshield was broken. I will most definitely use Safelite if need be in the future as well as recommend them to anyone in need of a replacement.

  My windshield was replaced by a technician named Noah, and I can’t emphasize enough how great he was. Total pro, competent, friendly, conscientious, and someone I felt like I could completely trust.
