  I just had the BEST customer service by any business that I have ever used! My first very pleasant experience - I had to have my windshield replaced due to a crack and upon entering the building, I was greeted warmly, with courtesy and professionalism, by the manager, at the front desk. He took my information and was very genuine in his desire to give the best service possible. The woman who was at the front desk later was also kind and professional. My second, and the best customer service experience I have ever had was when I realized about two weeks later that my passenger side windshield wiper wasn't working. An appointment was made within 2 days by the warrantee dept. to have my wiper fixed. Fully expecting I was going to have to fight tooth and nail for everything, but instead I was greeted by a very nice mechanic the took the rocker arm apart, saw that there were worn threads that couldn't be fixed by a quick adjustment, and told me his manager would have to look at it. Again I thought, oh boy, now I will have to fight the big guns! I figured they were going to tell me they have to order a part & it was expensive, I will have to leave the car, I will have to split the cost, etc... Instead, the manager looks at my wiper, comes in to get me and asks me to come outside and try the wiper. It worked perfectly!! The manager had actually driven to an auto parts place, picked up the needed parts & replaced them in my car. Then he apologized for me having to go back there. Now you know why I said it was the best experience I've ever had - hands down. I am actually sitting here in shock as I write this. AMAZING! I think I need to take that manager, clone him, and place him in every customer service related business.

  Walter did a fantastic job! He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions about the windshield he was replacing. I would recommend him and Safelite whenever needing a windshield repair.
