  I will never return to this place again. Went in to check my muffler since it was making a pretty significant rattling noise. I was told it needed to be replaced and the price tag was a pinch less than $1000.00. Pretty high for a muffler so I said no. Interesting enough, when I got the car back there was no noise and no noise since. It seems that the muffler was rattling because of a loose clamp…he tightened it…noise gone…but they still tried to get me to spend close to $1000.00 for something that I clearly did not need. Word of advice…do not have your employee viewing early meeting raw raw speeches from upper management about pushing more sales in front of customers. I’m on a mission to tell as many people as possible about this place.

  If i could post a negative stars i would. Installed not 1 but 2 bad starters. Had to go to dealer to get rectified

  If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Please, please, please, if you value your time/money/and car, do not take it to this location. I brought my car in for an oil leak and was told that I had an issue with my oil pan and had gasket, they told me that I need to replace both, but then in the process proceeded to break my entire exhaust “accidentally”. They then proceeded to charge me for both the exhaust and the oil pan/head gasket, but months later it turned out that they didn’t even do any of the work that they said they were gonna do and I had to fight them for months to even fix the exhaust that they broke in the first place. I am currently in the process of suing them after multiple attempts to try to get a resolution started with the supervisor Keith (idk how to spell it). Do not take your car to them you will be extorted and leave more frustrated than relived.

  This was my second time at Monroe, and both visits have been great. The first time, I just stopped in to check on tire prices and ended up getting a great deal on four new tires. Second time, I had a popped tire from a pothole. They took me the same day, and Joey was awesome, had me back on the road in about an hour. My tires were covered under the warranty from when I first bought them. Would definitely recommend.
