  Never again will I use them they stole my 100$ deposit and are saying that someone cashed it I will be seeing you in court

  Approximately three weeks ago, we made a reservation through Enterprise in Manchester for an SUV. They informed us that they had been attempting to contact us via phone. We had an email on file. But they did not inform us either way. Upon our arrival,Supervisor Catherine advised us that no vehicle was available and attempted to offer us a Toyota Camry. Unfortunately, her conduct was unprofessional and dismissive. Consequently, I have decided that I will not, under any circumstances, rent or book a vehicle through Enterprise in the future. Andy

  Although they were unable to get the car I had reserved, they went out of their way to get me the closest thing. Customer service is excellent and the whole process was super easy.

  Booked and reserved a car only to be called 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up and told that the online reservation system doesn't know anything about actual inventories available at their various locations and that no car was available. Was also told that they only have 4 cars. This caused me unbelievable difficulty as it was an unexpected urgent need.
