They used to check and top off all fluids. They don't do that anymore. They used to provide a printout of all services. Don't do that anymore. Used to check tire pressure. Don't do that anymore. Still charge the same, reflecting the price increases.

The employees that work at the Manchester, location are quick, professional, and great. Every time I’ve gone for my oil change service it has never taken more than 10 to 15 minutes there. The staff was always very informative, personable and kind.

STAY AWAY from these lying charlatans! On Sunday, August 30th, I popped in at Economy on Broad street for an oil change. Literally one minute after they pulled my van inside, the manager or 'lead man' came to the window and said, 'WE CAN'T DO AN OIL CHANGE ON YOUR VEHICLE BECAUSE YOU HAVE A CRACKED OIL PAN_WHICH WAS A RECALL ON YOUR VEHICLE'.. Then he walked away. I then saw a young guy lean over my motor with a nozzle in his hand and SQUIRT oil somewhere on my engine. I remember thinking 'WHY did he DO that?' Well, I know my vehicle inside out. I have done any-all repairs on it myself and I know for a fact that there never was ANY such 'recall' on my vehicle (or any Sedona's for that matter of any year) for 'cracked oil pans'.. So? I'm thinking, 'Did they find that a previous oil changed had maybe cross-threaded the oil pan drain plug? And they just wanted to not get involved? SOMETHING was up! So? A few days later, I popped in at LaPoint Auto on Hartford Rd, told them what happened (except that I'd seen a young guy apparently squirt oil onto my engine) and LaPointe Auto found-NOTHING wrong! PERIOD! But? They DID find about a half a quart of absolutely fresh oil SITTING ON TOP OF MY MOTOR!! THEN I remembered about how it got there and told them. They found NOTHING wrong with my Van-period AND cleaned off my engine which economy had made a mess of!! I have NO idea why such a BS story was made up about my 'steel' oil pan being cracked and a recall but something is seriously wrong at Economy Oil on Broad street! Bunch of BS'ing you know whats! Go read the GREAT 5-star review I just posted for Lapointe Auto where I detail this story! I'll recommend everyone to Lapointe!
