- MNMichal NarowskiAug 25, 20261.0I had a rental reserved 2 days prior to pick up day. I showed up at 8am with the door closed. No employee showed up until about 5-10 minutes after. The employee had me sign all paper work before seeing the car. Once I signed and paid he told to give me 5 minutes as he needs to clean the car still. After about 15 minutes, he pulled the car around and then told me it has no gas and if he should put gas in it. The car was on E and the employee would have had to go to the gas station and fill it up. Which would have only delayed my departure further. Disappointed with the lack of apology and unprofessionalism for the whole process.

For the whole time I drove the rental car my back was hurting, now that I am back in my Avalon, my back pain has subsided. Would not recommend.
