  Once again Star Tires delivered. I had a blowout on a highway today and had to be handled by AAA. I need the tire replaced right away and was running short of time. I stopped by. They took care of it and I was on my way. Always smiling and always appreciative of their customers

  I have come here for everyone of my vehicles. And I would recommend any and everyone to come by. Prices are fair employees are knowledgeable and all around just good energy. Isabel was great at explaining everything to me and even had one of the guys point me to the right direction to get a copy for car key. If you haven't already shopped here for your tires I seriously recommend you stop by.

  Copped some wheels from here a few months ago, and all I can say is they definitely weren’t the best quality. They deteriorated pretty easily, especially driving on rough roads. I ended up having to replace them TWICE be cautious when buying tires from here and make sure you’re getting your money’s worth.

  I WANT TO THANK ALL THE STAFF THAT WORKED ON MY CARD TODAY. THEY ARE ALL PROFESSIONAL. THEY ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS WITHOUT ANY HESITATION AND PROFESSIONALISM. I DID ENJOY GOING THERE TALKING TO THE STAFF. THEY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AT HOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE OUT THERE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A PLACE THAT ARE RELIABLE RESPONSIBLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO YOU. THEY WORK WITH YOU AS WELL.   I paid for a four-wheel alignment and later discovered that only the front two wheels had actually been aligned. At no point did anyone tell me they couldn't perform the rear alignment, and I was still charged without any explanation. The only reason I found out was because I had to return to the shop to request the alignment measurement printout that should have been provided when I paid. The paperwork they finally gave me raised even more concerns. It didn't contain any information identifying it as belonging to my vehicle, and the printer had run out of ink at the bottom of the page, leaving part of the document unreadable. It looked incomplete and unprofessional. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. If a shop cannot complete the service you've paid for, they should tell you before you leave, not leave you to discover it on your own. I paid for a four-wheel alignment but did not receive the service I paid for, and was only told when I raised concern about the paperwork not having anything to identify it was my car. Based on this experience, I have no confidence in the quality of their work or their customer service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, professional service. Here’s the picture of the paperwork they gave me.. the time stamp is not even correct as I got it done earlier than 12:04 PM.
