- MWMoni WillJan 28, 20261.0I took my car to get worked on due to my heat not working, Joe told me I was all set... I then ran my car to see if the heat was properly working, but when I turned on the heat for the foot, it was barley blowing. I tried calling Romano's multiple times from my cell to have him look at it again and no one answered, then I tried calling one time from my jobs phone and I got an answer, which means my call was being screened and they did not want to deal with me, because they are a dishonest company, they take your money and you get what you get. Poor service... I paid almost $300 dollars for incomplete service. Joe got upset with me, when im the one who got bamboozled out of my hard working earned money. Honestly, not good custore service at all, unfortunately he has to get one star by default, but it's not deserved at all.
