  I’ve brought my cars to Metro Auto Body for over 15 years and always have an outstanding experience with Dom and the crew from start to finish. He keeps me informed throughout the entire repair process and makes everything stress free. The quality of their work always exceeds my expectations, my car looks absolutely brand new! The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly impressive. The repairs are completed on time, and Dom is transparent and honest about costs and timelines.   I was dissatisfied with the service I received from Metro Auto Body & Towing. Communication was poor, and I felt my concerns were not handled properly. I would have liked clearer explanations and better customer service.

  They attempted to charge my friend $50 just to retrieve personal items from his vehicle. This fee seemed unreasonable and left us with a very negative impression of their service. I would not recommend. ( scammers)

  I have been taking our vehicles to Metro for over 20 years. We love the service and commitment that Dominic provides. Prices are better than fair and the outcome is always top notch. He is always very professional and honest with his customers, there has never been an issue with his word verse the outcome, we only trust Metro (Dom) the best to ever do it. ❤️❤️
