- MHMorgan HandyAug 9, 20261.0The manager is rude to paying customers. Hartford is a small city. There are much cheaper places to park within a short walking distance. If you are/were a UCONN student you can park a couple blocks down for much cheaper. If you look at other reviews, you can see they have used AI to copy and paste the same reply to everyone. It doesn’t matter; they know they provide bad service and don’t care.
- ASAaron sharpMay 7, 20261.0We had a very unpleasant time at this parking garage - to pull into this garage you are prompted to take a ticket but upon entering you are shown a screen with a QR code to download the LAZ app and pay through there (great right) so we pay for 24 hours no longer needing the ticket. The most unfortunate part is that while leaving you are required to show the ticket and if you dont have it you are charged 42 dollars. I could park in Manhattan for less than that and have. For an hour of parking to have dinner at Trumbull kitchen 42 dollars AND what we paid on the app. This place is an absolute scam. The person on duty and the supervisor were no help whatsoever, not at all accommodating or understanding. 0/5 stars.
