- ASAaron sharpMay 7, 20261.0We had a very unpleasant time at this parking garage - to pull into this garage you are prompted to take a ticket but upon entering you are shown a screen with a QR code to download the LAZ app and pay through there (great right) so we pay for 24 hours no longer needing the ticket. The most unfortunate part is that while leaving you are required to show the ticket and if you dont have it you are charged 42 dollars. I could park in Manhattan for less than that and have. For an hour of parking to have dinner at Trumbull kitchen 42 dollars AND what we paid on the app. This place is an absolute scam. The person on duty and the supervisor were no help whatsoever, not at all accommodating or understanding. 0/5 stars.
- DMDan MyersAug 14, 20221.0Terrible parking garage. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a resident at a nearby apartment building and pay $110/month to park here. Their entrance & exit gates are constantly having issues. Today, my access card would not work and I could not exit the garage for 3 appointments and errands. I even tried purchasing a ticket (even though I pay monthly and shouldn’t have to do that), and their machines wouldn’t even let me do that. There was no staff member on duty and no one answers the phone. I was literally locked into the garage all day and could not leave at all. I missed all 3 of my appointments. Totally unacceptable. Terrible service. I have reported them to the CT Department of Consumer Protection. I was beyond livid. I had to sit home all day and do nothing and miss all my appointments.
