  DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! After parking here for multiple years and paying upon arrival, I recently had my car towed from this lot while I was at work in the downtown area. The LAZ parking app where you make payment on, had been down the morning of my arrival. Later that day when the app had resumed functioning, i was able to pay for the day of parking, at roughly 2pm. By this time, my car must have already been towed (which i cannot see because my office is multiple blocks away), as when I went to the lot after work at 5pm, my car was nowhere to be found. I had to hitch a ride 20 minutes away, where It costed me $160 to retrieve my car. Respectfully, I reached out to the parking lot manager, Mohammed Ibrahim. I had asked if it was potentially a resolvable conflict since I have parked here twice a week for the past two years, and paid each time. I was faced with unfriendly and borderline disrespectful email discourse from this lot manager. He did not care to work with me or at least refund the amount paid for that day despite my car being towed! I cannot understand how a company such as LAZ would hire a manager, Mohammed Ibrahim, who clearly lacks the customer service soft skills required to hold a position like this. Two years of on-time parking payments on my profile, yet a one-time incident resulted in no warnings, no fines, but immediate towing and poor customer service due to their poor LAZ parking app functionability. If LAZ even remotely cares about their customer experience, I would expect at least a response to this review.
