    I would not recommend going to this Nissan for service, they are in it for the cash and don't care about the customer satisfaction. I came in for a regular diagnose on my Nissan because it was squeaking and squealing I knew it couldn't had been the brakes nor rotors because I changed it 4 times in the span of 6 months and the noise would not go away. So I finally take it into Nissan at this location and they tell me it's the brakes and rotors I tell them no it cannot be because I changed it multiple times... they keep telling me its the brakes and rotors and it will need changing. They changed it and the noise was still present! Then after billing me they tell me it can be the rear shaft I told them from the jump its not the brakes and rotors I was confident and its a shame they couldn't even diagnose the issue properly I mean this is Nissan. They denied refunding me, I had pay $541 and sit there for 2 hours for nothing guys. If the service was actually good and done right I wouldn't mind paying that but I literally just walked in that dealership and handed them $500 dollars for nothing In return... DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE FOR YOUR VEHICLES, DO NOT THEY WILL SEND YOU OUT THE DOOR WITH BAD SERVICE AND YOUR MONEY DEDUCTED.

    My wife and I went in to purchase a 2026.5 Nissan Rogue, at the dealership we met with Damen the Executive Manager and he stated I was in good hands with Leo, our Sales Representative. Damen did not exaggerate. Leo was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer any and all questions my Wife and I had about our purchase. Leo was also able to give me a deal on my 2011 Nissan Altima trade-in and had us work with Matt to take care of the financing for the 2026.5 Nissan Rogue. Over all this was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend anyone looking for a Nissan to ask for Leo when doing business here. Not only was the sales experience wonderful and low stakes but Alex the Sales Manager was also part of the interaction, and he made it a point to introduce himself and was a wonderful person to speak with. If my wife and I find ourselves in another position for a Nissan we will be sure to come back to Harte Nissan.

    It was a awesome experience. Was able to trade in my car and walk out with a nicer car, that I ❤️ My saleperson Leo was so awesome and helpful. So out to the finance team as well.

    came in for a recall for the 02 sensor. I asked twice ahead of time if during the recall an inspection would be done. two people said yes. after I brought my car in 15 Nissan Sentra. after waiting 2 hours all I got for an Inscpection was a video saying my recall was complete and all set. then when I asked the advisor if an inspection was done he said yes. I was not provided any form of inspection being done. they disabled my tpms sensor when I did not request that. my tpms sesnor was flashing due to a missing tpms sensor I had. so clearly it was disabled completely. I took my car to another dealership and was told my brakes were at 1mm in front and my rear tires were at 3/32 but harte Nissan did not display that information to me when my car was there. even more or less they stated everything with my car inspection was good. not satisfied what if I got in a accident due to the lack of information they did not provide ot the proper job the technician should of did ? I will not be returning to this company
