  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience at your dealership. My vehicle was dropped off in March due to acceleration issues, which your Harte service team confirmed and successfully resolved. I also requested an inspection of the side mirrors, as they had stopped folding electronically. Your service department reported corrosion caused by a failed seal as the root cause for the mirror malfunction. I accept this diagnosis. However, I strongly dispute the description, which stated the mirrors were loose and unsafe. At no point were the mirrors physically loose; the only concern was their inability to fold electronically. My personal mechanic has confirmed that the mirrors in fact were broken due to force. I believe the technician broke the mirrors during their inspection and subsequently misreported them as loose to cover the mistake. This misrepresentation is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your team's professionalism. Furthermore, my interactions with your advisor, Edis Agic (351), were negative and condescending, which only added to my frustration. I expect your dealership to address these concerns promptly and take steps to ensure greater transparency and professionalism when working with customers. I myself will not be returning to your dealership in the future.

  Had a great experience purchasing my vehicle here. The process was smooth, straightforward, and low pressure from start to finish. Rob was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process and made everything easy to navigate. Really appreciated the professionalism and customer service.   I could not have had a better experience. Everyone was pleasant, respectful and honest. Shout out to Joe T. TJ was awesome! My deal wasn’t easy but he managed to make it easy for me from start to finish. I would go back to a Harte dealership and TJ in a “Harte”beat!
