  I had a great experience with Brookfield Auto Body after my car was damaged in an accident. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. They did an excellent job restoring my car—it looks fantastic and feels like new again. The work was completed carefully and on time, and they made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.   I am extremely dissatisfied with the repairs performed on my vehicle following my accident. My vehicle was sent to your approved repair shop through my insurance claim. While I appreciate that the front bumper was repaired, I noticed that only one of the underbody splash guards (the passenger side) was replaced. The corresponding piece on the other side was left untouched, resulting in an incomplete repair. I paid my $500 deductible with the expectation that my vehicle would be restored properly—not that corners would be cut to reduce repair costs. I expect repairs to return my vehicle to its pre-accident condition, not a partial repair that leaves damaged or missing components. I am also disappointed that Progressive’s adjuster approved and paid for these repairs without ensuring the work was complete and met acceptable quality standards. There should be a more thorough inspection before payment is authorized. I am requesting that Progressive immediately re-inspect my vehicle and address the incomplete repairs. If both splash guards or underbody components were damaged or should have been replaced to properly restore the vehicle, I expect those repairs to be completed at no additional cost to me. As a policyholder who pays premiums and fulfilled my obligation by paying my deductible, I expect quality workmanship, a complete repair, and accountability from both the repair facility and Progressive. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.
