Lillian took the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explained the inspection process, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle every step of the way. Her transparency with pricing and honest communication completely eliminated the stress that usually comes with car repairs. It is rare to find a manager so genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction. The mechanical work itself was top-tier, thanks to John. He is a phenomenal mechanic whose expertise and attention to detail are immediately obvious. John diagnosed the issues with absolute precision and executed the repairs flawlessly. My vehicle drives perfectly now, and I have complete peace of mind knowing the job was done right the first time. John clearly takes immense pride in his craft, and his efficiency was highly impressive.
