They take forever to get back to you, and when you call they say parts are taking too long to arrive. I am a very patient person and understand that in this industry anything can happen and delays are common. However when something that should take a few hours turn to a week long ordeal that's when it gets ridiculous. I would expect that when delays like this happen the shop would reach out, but they don't. I will be continuing my work elsewhere.
