Erik double checked to make sure he had the correct filter, as well as the oil. The team worked quickly to change the oil and filter, and then Erik looked up the way to reset the oil change alert for my specific vehicle, which we did together with the car's interface. Fast, easy, professional. Great job!

They work well as a team and always make the experience a positive one. Today Duane and Booda serviced my Honda Pilot. They made sure that I understood everything that they were doing and offered helpful information. And although it was very hot in the garage, they were again SO positive and cheerful. I was also in and out - they were very efficient. I just wanted to make sure the company knows how amazing their employees are and how satisfied I am as a returning customer.
- RERich EvansJun 11, 20261.0Totally unnecessary behavior from the manager at this location today. A mechanic dropped a socket into my engine compartment today. After 30 minutes of the staff trying to locate the socket and 3 requests to talk to the manager I got out of my car and the manager immediately started screaming at me. I mean SCREAMING. No communication from her or the staff while there was something obviously going wrong during a normal oil change service. Completely escalated an unnecessary situation.
