  I was extremely dissatisfied with this experience. A faulty gasket was installed during my oil change, and about a mile down the road, smoke started pouring out of my engine with my two children in the car. It was absolutely terrifying. The first team member who came out to meet me told me not to worry because they must have “just spilled a little oil” when refilling the oil. I found this response very patronizing, especially because I knew something was clearly wrong. Manager Javier and Chris did a good job diagnosing the issue and doing their best to clean up the mess, and I appreciate their efforts. However, when I left, the vehicle still was not driving correctly. It sounded like a jet engine whenever I accelerated and was making several unusual noises. Later that day, my husband and father-in-law opened the hood to troubleshoot further. They found that the air filter had been replaced improperly in its housing and was also covered in oil. Multiple sensors were coated in oil as well. I have been going to Valvoline for oil changes since the day I got my driver's license, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Having smoke pouring out of my vehicle while I had two children with me was frightening and completely unacceptable. I was also shocked that, given the circumstances, no discount, or refund was offered. I have trusted Valvoline with my vehicles for decades, and this experience has seriously damaged that trust.

  This new crew is well trained bit their manners, concern for customers and courtesy was taught at home. Good job guys and gals Kudos to hiring manager. The Veterans discount is a BIG DEAL! THANKS

  A+ team, the service was impeccable and I wasn’t paid or asked to write this review. Got an oil change on 8/7/26 and the entire crew make the experience top tier. If I could come back tomorrow, I would. That’s how great the expertise was, but for now I’ll see them next oil change.

  I entered this place at about 11:30 AM on 8/4/26. The car ahead of me was almost finished. i drove into the stall. From there on everything was perfect. Well trained people, polite, told me what they were doing every step of the process. Out in 15 minutes. Great experience!!

  The overall customer experience was exceptional. There was no wait (helps to go shortly after they open). The technician was professional, efficient and only recommended what was needed (e.g. replacement air filter). There are obviously lots of places to get an oil change, but Valvoline is reliable, knowledgeable and a great value!
