  I came in with a flat after a shard of plastic got lodged into one of my tires. It was almost impossible to see but they expertly assessed the issue. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and got me back on the road quickly!

  I asked for an oil change only!!!! I signed the safety and additional services waiver. I know my way around a vehicle and used to work in a shop. After the service I checked the oil level 3 times and it showed at least a half of quart , maybe a quart to much of oil and asked the manager to come outside and look and he kept blaming the vehicle. When I got the bill I was charged $3.99 to top off fluids that was not done and I was charged $10.99 for. 7 of a quart of oil. When I told the manager that I was not going to be taken advantage of and wasn’t going to pay for services that were not done, he gave me an attitude and said welcome to “Corporate America “. I will never have my car worked on there again and neither will my family members!!!! You shouldn’t have to rip off customers and do shorty work to make money, if you are a reputable shop.

  Very expensive now I used to go there to get a lot of work done now. It is too much money. It’s crazy. It’s better to go to a private garage. This past visit cost me $150 for an oil change. That’s the last time they’re gonna see me at Monroe.

  Was able to complete work on my car in a timely manner, was very informative on changes and work being done. Dan was great I couldn’t recommend more!
