I take my Saab, my wife's Audi, and our Nissan truck here for every kind of service, which says a lot about the breadth of knowledge that the mechanics have. Last week my Saab had a check engine light; the Body Control Module was sending erratic signals. John attempted to reprogram the BCM, but it didn't take. The unit is clearly on its way out. Rather than order and install a new unit (huge expense), John (the owner) told me that the car could be driven safely while I looked for a less expensive alternative. And he charged me zero for the attempt to reprogram the module. I'm a customer for life.
