- DKDylan Kuntz2 days ago1.0Went in for an oil change and ended up with a belly pan falling off and tons of missing screws and bolts. Someone just hand-tightened it on so then it popped off on the road and was held on by two *screws*. Scraped it up good and could’ve caused a major accident if it came off fully. The two screws were also looses. Realistically it was held on by a single screw because one was about to fall out.

- ECEm CooneyApr 24, 20261.0I have been coming here for 7 years. In those 7 years I have come for routine maintenance, including changing blown out headlights. I went there this afternoon to have my headlight changed for them to try and change it and not be able to. They referred me to a mechanic. I went to my own mechanic for my mechanic to tell me that whoever put in my headlights previously from Valvoline put them in incorrectly. My mechanic had to take out multiple things from under my hood and even take off my front bumper in order to be able to fix what they had done to my headlights. I come here to have more than one car maintenanced every few months, and I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I no longer trust them to touch my vehicles.
- JMJoey MainiApr 20, 20261.0This is what the Valvoline in Groton did to my bolts holding up the splash guard. There are 2 more that will not unscrew from the car. The bolt is missing half the threads in the middle of it. They hold power tools to these bolts for easily 10 to 15 seconds which is just absurd. Should just be a simple ratchet wrench. They almost always break plastic clips that help hold up the guard as well. I am constantly buying more to replace them. I've had better luck at other Valvoline locations.
