    Wanted to leave early Monday. Had to rent on Saturday before noon, closed afternoon and closed Sunday. Rented to noon on Wed. I was able to return Tues at about 3:30 pm. No return for early return. So I used the car less than 2 days, but had to pay for 4 days. Ripped.

    As a periodic leisure/business traveler, I often have to rent a car, and Enterprise has always provided the best overall experience, especially at my local location in Groton, CT. They're get me in and out quickly and are personable. Great all-around service!

    Used to use this service multiple times a month . I aslo used to use there commute with enterprise work van . Then I had an issue with the commute portions so I filed a BBB complaint. Then when I went to rent a car I was notified I had been black listed from doing so. Only reason I was given. Was the name of the the rep I dealt with from commutes name as the listed reason. But when you ask enterprise rent a car. They say that have nothing to do with commute .....shady business practices if you ask me

    Professional, helpful, and courteous staff! I had rented a vehicle from another Enterprise location and determined after I was on the road that the windows had a film on the inside. I also needed to add another driver. Knowing I could stop at any Enterprise location on my route I stopped here in Groton. They quickly added the extra driver and without hesitation brought the vehicle into the their service bay, cleaned all the windows inside, and even washed the outside quickly. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location!
