  I was very happy with the service I received from the AutoZone in Groton. My car died and I needed a new battery. I had a called a couple of locations and never got an answer. I called autozone and spoke with Avimael who told me they could help change out the battery. He did this quickly and also noticed that my fluid was low. I was able to get in and out quickly. He was very polite and helpful. Thank you!

  I went here Avimael L helped me out so much he got me a new headlight and helped me install it along with went out of his way to help show me how to add and drain my antifreeze and made sure I got all the right things. He was going above and beyond asking all costumers how he could help and actually helping along with being very friendly and doing quick and very good service!

  Avi was extremely helpful. He came out and saw me looking at my AC low pressure system under the hood. He came right over and pointed out why my car was losing cold air. He showed me where the refrigerant charge kits were and stood by while I used the kit to answer any questions. Once he saw I was good to go he went right over to another gentleman and began helping him. 10/10 service

  This location should be exemplary for every AutoZone. I have been coming here for over 10 years and have always received excellent, friendly service. Whenever I have issues with wipers, headlights, battery, the staff has always helped me replace them which I so appreciate! I'd also like to acknowledge an employee there named Avi--this man has helped me out multiple times and has always been so kind and professional, even when I've witnessed irritated customers in the shop I was so impressed with his level of kindness and professionalism! He helped me replace a headlight 10 minutes before closing and even checked to make sure all my turn signals, brake lights, and tail lights looked good as well! Excellent service I rarely see anymore!

  Excellent service by Avimael! As someone who is not knowledgable about cars he made sure I walked away feeling confident on how to fix the problem of my check engine light being on. He ran the diagnostic test, explained the problems in great detail and in language a non car guru like me would understand. He went above an beyond by even walking me step by step on how to remove and replace my car's air filters so that I would leave one step ahead. He showed me the next set of products I would need to improve my engine quality, making sure I felt confident to do the work myself. I would highly recommend working with Avimael at groton's auto zone for any car questions and concerns. Outstanding customer service!
