  I caught a flat tire on I-95 and the only shop open was Mavis. Scott, Marvin, and Brandon took me in to see my car’s tire at 8:25 PM despite closing at 8:30 PM. Brandon was able to fix my car’s tire quickly and I was out of the shop by 8:45 PM. It was also a holiday weekend as it was Thursday July 2nd and they could have easily turned me away. All three guys were super helpful and genuinely saved my weekend as I had a long drive ahead of me. Thank you very much gents!!!

  Mavis has always provided excellent service for me. They identified the reason for my tire’s low pressure and quickly solved the problem. They are my go to place for tire service.

  I have been truly amazed by the customer service that Scott and the team offer! I went in because the heat shield on my car was rattling. They fixed it quickly! When I asked how much I owed, they said there was no charge! My car needs some more work and when I told Scott I had a warranty, he instructed me to bring the warranty info and told me he’d work with the warranty folks to get it done. Talk about above and beyond! I plan to be a customer for life and to tell all my friends to go to Mavis! Thank you Scott & team! 👏🙌🤩

  I brought my car for a wheel alignment and tire balancing. After the service, the car pulled slightly to the right on a flat road, and I continued to experience vibration at highway speeds. Because of this, I spent considerable time and money trying to diagnose what I thought was a suspension, wheel bearing, or drivetrain issue. Eventually, I had the alignment redone and the wheels rebalanced at another shop. The vehicle no longer pulled to the right, and the highway-speed vibration disappeared completely. To make matters worse, I was never given any alignment printout or before/after alignment measurements, only a receipt showing tire pressures. Overall, I paid for services that had to be corrected elsewhere and wasted a lot of time and money because the original work was not done properly.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Greenwich, CT. My tire kept losing air and going flat, and after repeatedly filling it up, I finally brought my car in for service. Andrea at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient from the moment I arrived. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. Ismael and David were also fantastic—friendly, professional, and quick to diagnose and patch my tire. The whole experience was completely painless, and I was back on the road in no time. Excellent customer service and quality work from start to finish. I will definitely be returning for future tire and auto needs and highly recommend this team to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.
