  These people are absolutely amazing! I called at 8am (had a blow out) and by 8:30 I was there and they were going over what would need to be done! By 10am I was back on the road. Fairest prices ever, and the most kind and friendly staff. Scott helped me out and was extremely professional while also being a true friend because I was genuinely overwhelmed! I will only be going here!

  10/10 experience all the time. When those moments come and you get a flat tire. These guys are heavily reliable.

  FOUND THE BEST PLACE EVER!!! They are just amazing at this location. I came in with a flat tire, Brendan, Pernell, Scott and their team, were incredibly helpful and got me back on the road quickly. They made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. They have the best customer service and offer the best price! FIVE STARS TO THEM!!

  The employees at location are dishonest, scammy, and will not treat you fairly. I am a 30 year old female who looks like she probably knows nothing about cars, and this location tried to take advantage of that to the tune of almost $1,000. Brought my car in to have my tires rotated. They tried to tell me my rear tires were worn completely down and I needed to replace them immediately for safety purposes. I’m aware enough to know there’s no way that was the case without me having noticed issues with the driving experience, so I declined, at which point the employee really leaned into saying I was putting myself in danger to not buy new tires. Sure ok, dude. Got in my car and drove it over to a mechanic in Port Chester with good reviews. He took a look and said my tires were completely fine and I had at least 18 months left on them. Update 24 months later: I finally just replaced my tires, after driving 40k miles on them since this Mavis tried to tell me they needed to be replaced immediately. Avoid this location. Shameful business practices. Frankly most Mavis locations are scammy, but this was next level pure lying to try and make a sale. I have emailed the Mavis customer service email posted on the wall in their stores, and nobody answers. Company is a joke.
