Called Enterprise corporate and they would assure me over the phone that they had cars, and when I’d arrive be told the opposite. No communication between the branch and corporate.

Asked for a return inspection, told me they wouldn't do one, so i took lots of pix for self protection. Never r r offrred a ride, had to ask for one then wait around. People coming in day of my return could pick any car they had on lot, staff went overboard helping them. Not the experience I had
