  This place is the epitome of the back yard mechanic theory. I mean how do you fix a non issue and totally neglect the real issue, while having a 2 weeks time frame to clearly define the real reason and still get it wrong! Well I'm not surprised and will be filing a complaint. I mean if you want a visible representation, just look at the curb appeal.

  These guys are my go to in the glastonbury shop! They take care of both my vehicles (today was the colorado). Always pleasant and professional.

  I needed my tire patched from driving over a nail, I walked in with no appointment and they took care of me within one hour. I had read excellent reviews before I went and I am happy to report the reviews are accurate. 10/10 for service and professionalism!

  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT GO HERE! Mechanic negligence and incompetence caused extensive damage to my car. I brought my car in due to a visual leak. Picked up my car with the check engine light on (was not previously on) and the tech unable to figure out why/fix it. He advised me he lost a wrench in my engine compartment, which I thought was a joke until it flew out from my car on the highway almost hitting the person behind me. I was told they would do some 'research' on how to fix the check engine light that wouldn't go away. Upon out running errands, my car wouldn't start and I had it towed elsewhere because Monro wouldn't take accountability for their careless work and they were downright rude. A new auto shop found there were 12 trouble codes, all due to the failed work done at Monro. They cleared and fixed 11 of 12, with the last one needing to be done by the dealer. I didn't have my car for weeks due to all the remedial work needed. I spent the last TWO YEARS fighting with Monro's insurance to get reimbursed for the thousands of dollars I had to spend elsewhere for remedial repairs. Customer service has offered nothing to make things right for my inexcusable experience - they refuse to refund me for initial costs after a hellish and utterly unacceptable experience. Also, they have staff leaving good reviews on Google, don't be fooled!!!

  Dropped off my car to get an alignment and emissions. Easy experience, prices were given up front, guys are friendly!
