  I’ve had such a great experience with Gene Langan Volkswagen in Glastonbury and can’t recommend their team enough! I originally brought my Touareg to them for service and had a great experience working with Troy in the service department. The professionalism and quality of care made a lasting impression, and when it came time for my next vehicle, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. After owning a vehicle from another manufacturer and being disappointed with both the vehicle’s quality and the service experience, I decided to return to Gene Langan and lease. Nick “Goose” in sales made the entire process smooth and enjoyable ultimately matching me with my favorite car I’ve ever driven - an Atlas Cross Sport. He was personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which made all the difference. Having a dealership I trust for both sales and service is incredibly important to me. Between Goose in sales and Troy in service, I know I’m in good hands. The fact that I chose to return after trying another brand speaks volumes about the experience they provide and the confidence I have in Volkswagen. Thank you to Goose, Troy, and the team at Gene Langan Volkswagen for making me feel valued as a customer. I’m happy to be back in a VW and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great sales and service experience!

  Everybody at Gene Langan VW of Glastonbury is exceptional. Both myself and my partner traded in our current vehicles for new 2026 VWs with the Gene Langan team. Special shout outs to Miguel & Ryan on the sales team, and Joe in the service dept. About a month after I began my lease on a 2026 VW Tiguan SE R-line, I ended up having an issue with one of my tires (through no fault of my own or the dealerships), and Joe really did me a solid and made sure I was taken care of. It’s one of those things in customer service that isn’t always expected (although I know some people may act entitled), but I just wanted to leave my small note, or token of gratitude - if you will. I don’t have enough positive things to say about Gene Langan VW. If you’re looking for a new VW to purchase or lease, I’d recommend they be your first stop.

  Bryam and Miguel were awesome! I was shopping for a first car for my daughter. They not only made the process efficient and timely…they made it special for her. They made it a point to chat with her and make sure she was as much a part of the decision of choosing a car as I was. They presented options that considered our needs and wants. Start to finish…the experience of dealing with them was easy, thorough and professional. My daughter drove away with a great car and dealership experience! We highly recommend them.

  I had a great experience yesterday bringing home my new(to me) VW Tiguan! Dave was fantastic~ super honest, charismatic, & had answers for all of our questions. Never pushy, and when I was ready to buy, he was there for every step- he even took extra time at the end of the sale to explain all of my new car’s bells & whistles! We had gone to other dealers, but I’m really thrilled we ended up at Langan.

  Gene Langan VW is the BEST! Just days after our vehicle was totaled, we made the drive out on a rainy evening to look at two vehicles. Despite arriving minutes before closing, the team stayed late and ended up pulling THE ONE into the bay for us to see! Gene, the owner himself, was there and took the time to chat with us. We talked about a few different things, including best Patrami (shoutout to Reins Deli!),he made us feel so comfortable and welcome right from the start. Throughout the entire process, everyone went above and beyond. From Ryan V. helping us with all our questions through the sale process, to Rick Miller on the financing side, to the guys in the shop who made sure everything looked and felt special for pickup day, we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so accommodating, even coming in on their day off to help finalize everything. Thanks again Ryan! Thank you, Gene, Ryan, Rick, and the entire Langan VW team! You took one of our worst experiences and turned it into something genuinely positive and memorable. After such a stressful and unexpected situation, the kindness, patience, and care you showed our family meant more than you know! If you’re looking for a vehicle and want to work with people who genuinely care, I cannot recommend Langan VW enough. We are so grateful for everything you did for us!
