  I hate buying cars and had been procrastinating for months because of how stressful it usually is. Dave and Rick at VW made the whole thing ridiculously easy. Dave was super low-pressure, answered everything honestly, and was genuinely hyped about the car. Rick handled the paperwork side and had us in and out in less than 45 minutes, which meant everything to us with a newborn and a toddler. Honestly just a great, stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be back for my next one, and I’d recommend them to anyone.

  We had an exceptional experience at Langan Volkswagon in Glastonbury. We came there on recommendation from a good friend and we are glad that we did. The business is is well maintained and has amazing technology. The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. Our salesman, Byram, was thorough, responsive and patient. From the manager to the finance director to Byram, we couldn't ask for better service.

  Recommended by a good friend, we took delivery of our new Tiguan yesterday. Kathy and I loved every bit of the experience. Loved the look of the dealership, the inventory to choose from and the systems and technology used to help the customer. However the key to any good business are the people. Our sales person (Byrum) wonderful to work with, the Sales Manager (Miguel) and the F&I (Richard Miller) all so professional and genuine. The car, dealership, and especially the team, 1st Class.

  Byram and the whole team at Gene Langan Glastonbury VW were awesome during my most recent purchase of a 2026 Atlas. I purchased my last vehicle through them as well. They are transparent, and they don’t push you beyond what you’re comfortable. Their service department is also honest and, in my experience, don’t push you into anything unnecessary. After some terrible experiences, I’m really grateful for the interactions I have had here. Most of their employees have been there a long time, which also speaks to the establishment itself. Thanks guys!

  I had a great experience doing business with Mr. Byram Tamri across the board. Byram made so easy to process the transaction of getting a new VW SE for my wife. He helped with the documents needed, made the process with the bank loan to go smoothly, texting and emailing me to check if I have any questions or need any help via-a-vis documents needed. When I went with my family to pick up the car, we felt like we know the guys since a longtime. When we got the car it was not the end of it, he walked my wife on every single button in that car explaining what is it for, helped her to download the apps for the VW cars, I mean he was amazing guy to work with. Byram is a very professional person on what he does, a good listener, which is not common in sales person, and very detailed when explaining things about the car you’re about to purchase. Byram my family and I can’t thank you enough of what did with us. Great great experience. By the way this is the fourth time I buy new car from Different VW dealer, and this time was the best.
