  Had to exchange vehicle in Cleveland airport location due to a crack in windshield on Original rental. Service Manager Mr. McFarland was incredibly helpful with this exchange

  No sure I am a fan of the ev vehicles.. the vehicle itself was very clean and nice.. just hybrid so very quiet could not tell the vehicle was on.. the customer service representative was very nice and helpful.. answered the questions I had to the best of his knowledge.. thank you for always having great service!

  Great rental experience, competitive pricing and very helpful and kind staff. The car was clean and exactly as promised and the entire process was smooth and easy. Kudos to all, especially Asst Manager Seth, for an excellent customer experience all around. They anticipate questions and concerns and alleviate them all!!
