  Doesn’t matter how far in advance you book, they’ll call you at your pick up time and say they have no cars. This has happened to me multiple times at this location. I chose my pick up time and date for a reason.. because I need a car at THAT time. On the off chance they do have cars, they’re usually high mileage, dirty vehicles that smell. Isn’t your one job to have cars for rent??

  Reserved through and picked up from Glastonbury office. Very pleased with staff and communication. Car was in great repair and no problems.
