Had my Car serviced today at the Glastonbury location ,,,, The guys were so great !!! Helped me and gave me all the information I needed about my Vehicle. The Manager Jeff replaced a light for me and was super nice. Sammy replaced the Air filter telling me the importance of a Clean Air Filter !! Only place I would take my car

I’ve been going to this location for 4 years, never had an issue. Today I parked behind one car in the left lane and I was with my 1 year old son. There is a sign that specifically states to leave your keys in the car and go to the waiting area inside, which is what we did. We waited for at least 15-20 minutes and the car in front of us had finished service in the left garage. In the midst of us waiting, 5 minutes before the car in the left garage was finished, a couple parked their car in the right lane. I see the employee go to this car in the right lane and drive it into the left garage, even though I’ve been waiting longer than them. Look, honest mistakes happen, I get it, but I went out to let them know and two of the employees are giving me attitude and saying they work on so many cars and basically don’t have the time to see who arrives first. The guy who drove the other car in offered to switch the cars out but still was being defensive and acting like I was being ridiculous for questioning why there’s not a better system. One of the employees told me that we should be waiting in our cars, even though the sign says otherwise. Anyways, never coming back here.

Went to this location for my last few oil changes and today was the worst experience I have had from unprofessional employees cursing, to charging more then advertised (with a coupon). Also was not organized people arriving after me were being helped before me. Couldn't receive a receipt due to it being down. One last note if an employee is new, there should be a trainer working with them
