- EEEricaSep 16, 20265.0Got my transmission fluid changed they did an amazing job. I had the oil change done at the same time. Had an issue with the washer and the oil leaked out within the next two days once I noticed it I just took it back over and they gave me no issues to give me a Hand on adjusting the oil, plug and refilling the lost oil. I have been coming here since 2018. I won’t go anywhere else. I love the fact that Valvoline actually has their workers learning hands-on experience not only that they don’t mind that you ask questions. This help helps me learn more about my car and how I should service it better. So yeah, great job Valvoline In Fairfield CT
- DSDominick SpadaroSep 10, 20265.0I had a great experience at Valvoline in Fairfield. I especially want to recognize Corzo for the outstanding service. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the entire experience quick and easy. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore, and Corzo definitely went above and beyond. Valvoline is lucky to have someone like him representing their team. I’ll definitely be coming back to the Fairfield location because of the excellent service I received. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
