- LBLauren BlanchardSep 12, 20265.0Gary, the store manager, was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful! The technicians were all very kind, and the service was incredibly quick—I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I especially appreciated that I wasn’t pressured into purchasing any additional services. Every technician took the time to say hello and acknowledge customers and were genuinely friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back!
- MDMelissa DiVietriSep 6, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change at 8 Cranbrook Boulevard in Enfield. I use a wheelchair, and the customer office entrance at the rear of the building had a step. No accessible entrance or route was identified. When I asked about wheelchair access, an employee told me that Valvoline rents the building and that accessibility was the property owner’s responsibility. The location also refused to service my wheelchair-accessible Chrysler Pacifica because the conversion was considered too low for their equipment. I tried calling ahead, but the automated phone system would not allow me to speak with anyone. I was not offered an accessible alternative yet I was instructed to another location that could service my vehicle. This resulted in an unnecessary trip, added physical effort and stress, and a delay in receiving needed vehicle maintenance.
