  They broke my glove box trying to upsell me a cabin air filter!? I went in for an oil change saying that’s all I wanted & without my permission, they opened my glove box & removed the air filter, broke off the hooks & brackets and cracked the cover and the hooks are stuck in there now SO MY GLOVE BOX WONT CLOSE ANYMORE! They didn’t even tell me about this so while driving my glove box flies open, stuff everywhere. Apparently they remove the engine & air filters in every car they change the oil for to upsell people on new filters. They wanted me to pay around $50 per filter (for a near total of close to $100) when I can buy both new & pop them in myself for under $30. I halfway expect some upselling when I get my oil changed but this was ridiculous PLUS THEY BUSTED MY GLOVE COMPARTMENT & AIR FILTER CLIPS! Nobody but nobody has the right to pilfer through your glove box let alone break it, especially when you’ve clearly stated that you only want an oil change.

  I just got my oil change at the Enfield location and was very disappointed at their service. My car uses a full synthetic oil and the manufacturer recommended oil change interval recommends 7to 10k . I showed that to the guy in charge yet he still insisted on putting 3k instead. I will not go or recommend that place to anybody else since other people.
