The guys that work in the bays are great too. Always gonna get work done here when I'm in the area or maybe I'll drive out of my way to get good service.

As soon my mom pulled up to the garage windows in the back of this place. They took my mom car in right away no wait time. Then we had to go into a waiting area that had chairs and a tv on the wall. The staff were very nice. They even showed you the oil on the dip stick when they took it out of the hood of the car. Just to make sure that they put in new oil into your car. We were in and out of that place with in 15 20 mins. They did a great job. This place was in Enfield Connecticut and they also have one in chicopee massachusetts.

When I went there to complain, someone claiming he was the one who had done the work, and wasn't because he was not the man I spoke too, gave a tip to, and wasn't even the same race of the man that I had done the job insisted it was a new filter, completely ignored the empty windshield wiper fluid, accused me of lying, slammed the hood of my car down being aggressive, and kept asking in an assaulting why can I help you with anything else while walking away not caring what my answer would have been. This was my very first time going to this Valvoline and my last! over $81.00 to be treated like this and taking advantage of my age is not acceptable. Personally, speaking I would say my whole experience with Valvoline truly sucked! I would not recommend then, nor would I go back to the one in Enfield, CT if they asked me to. And I will be following this up with a phone call to the main corporation.
