    Made an appt 2 days ago. Show up & am told they are short staffed and it will be 45 minutes. I don’t mind waiting usually, but today was planned around the appt. Word of advice to the manager, if you’re short staffed and running behind, maybe call the customer and let them know. I had somewhere to be now I am left scrambling to find an oil change before I leave for a road trip. Terrible.

    I’ve been coming here for years but recently they’ve been slacking. I arrived at my 5:30 appointment for an oil change, I got a confirmation text. I got there and they literally have a clip board by the door saying their hours now 8am-5pm. I don’t know if this is now permanently but you guys really need to call me or leave a voicemail that you guys can’t do my oil change and update your website and Google hours if this is permanent because it is a hassle to drive here. You guys also didn’t reboot my sensors for when you changed the oil the last time nor leave a reminder sticker on the windshield like I’ve been receiving for years. I don’t know what has changed but I’m sorry, this is very disappointing and you guys charge the oil change expensive. Not coming back here.

    I have been going to this shop for years and also recommended them to several people. New management was awful. Person that actually changed my oil was very nice. My oil change cost $40 more than in the past without telling me the cost upfront. When I presented a coupon I saw online they did nothing to explain to me and put the blame on the past manager Manny who was wonderful and honest. Manny didn't give any special discounts! When I brought up my concern about the cost of the visit the manager said we'll hook you up next time for ripping you off this time. I kid you not. Never again. Just lost a long time loyal customer.

    Went to the Enfield location. Getting an appointment was miserable because you’re talking to someone outside of the country where English isn’t their first language. So having to repeat myself multiple times, and they still got the appointment type wrong was already a bad start. So I had to get in contact with the actual location and talk to an employee there to make sure my appointment was legit. Although the employees are very nice, they didn’t have a part for my car for the oil change I had an appointment for. I was asked my make and model before the appointment, so I would think they would check inventory for a very common appointment type like an oil change. Someone must have dropped the ball because they had to find a place in west Hartford to get said part which turned my appointment into a 2.5 hour oil change. They did give me a discount which was nice but I had things to do after the appointment I couldn’t get to because of how long it took. I’ve been going here for quite a few years and it’s not getting better. May be looking for a new place to get my car maintenance.

    Pretty terrible experience. I called to make oil change and tire rotation appointment. I was quoted $80 (using round number for ease). I was clear it was full synthetic. This price is what made me choose to come in vs going to my Honda dealer. So the First appointment they gave was me 6pm appointment for the next day. Then the next day I was called and said they close at 5pm and needed to reschedule. So I did for the following day at 3pm. Once I got the work done, they tried to charge me $140 and didn’t even do the tire rotation because the tires were to worn. I told them I was quoted $80. The guy at the desk tried to override the procedure and get it down but he couldn’t. So another guy from the shop came in and told me the procedure was $140 and proceeded to explain all the reasons why the charges added up. When I told him I was quoted $80 when I made the appointment and that is what made me come in, he actually said out loud to me “that’s the price they told you to get you down here” which is essentially admitting to this being a bait and switch. When I followed up saying “by your own admission you’re saying rhey told me $80 to get me here and now you’re trying to charge me $140 is that right” to which he snapped baxk at me in a louder voice “SIR ! This is the first time I’m talking to you. I came up here to help him out on the check out” as if he didn’t just tell me they lied about the price over the phone to get me here. After a stalemate of them not really doing anything to make it right they eventually came down to $105 and I just paid it. I should have paid $80 cash and walked out the door but I was too aggravated and flustered at the nonsense I was hearing, and with people waiting in line behind me, I just swiped my card and left. I don’t care if they just took over the location two days prior, it was unprofessional all the way around from the appointment making to the in person treatment to the bait and switch. I will not be going back, ever. And I will never recommend them. It was bait and switch and not made completely right from my perspective as the customer especially since there was not even a tire rotation.
