  Had a nail in tire that was leaking out air fast they plugged it quick, topped it off and said no charge. Not sure of girl managers name but thank you!! Highly recommend

  I bought four new tires online and went to Monro in Enfield, CT to get them installed and aligned. Manny and his folks were great and the job was done with no issues.

  Manny at Monro was awesome! He was very thorough, had my vehicle ready at the promised time and gave great suggestions for my vehicle. I would definitely be visiting for future car trouble.

  I went to Monro for four new tires and an oil change. The service itself was timely and the staff were friendly, but there were several issues that need to be addressed. First, there was a promotion advertised online for a free alignment with the purchase of four select brand tires. This was never mentioned to me, and the tires installed were not among the qualifying brands. Second, while I understand an alignment may not be automatically included, it was never offered or even discussed. I would have agreed to one had it been presented. Finally, my invoice states that I declined an alignment, which is inaccurate. The option was never brought up. As a result, I had to go elsewhere to have an alignment completed. This experience felt lacking in transparency and communication.

  Oil Change Price ($125) was too high, and I booked an appointment a few days prior in person with the manager, but when I arrived on the day I booked, the manager said that it wasn't in the system. I decided not to reschedule. I went to Valvoline instead. Their price with coupon was ($75). Savings of $50. I used to go to Monroe in Enfield for years until this manager took over. I had tires installed shipped from Tire Rack, and they lost my hub cap inserts and the socket for my locking lug nuts. I was not given compensation for any of my expenses to replace these lost parts.That was back in November of 2025, so I figured I would try again, and I was not happy with the service. I will not return again.
