  Excellent first class service. Car was excellent, great condition inside and out. Ease of doing business with Enterprise was outstanding. Great job !

  I was going to put gas in the car as the Enterprise guy drove up and said oh you didn’t use that much, I got you and took the keys from me. I had to finish emptying the car out so he left and I had no way to lock the car. I waited 2 hrs for the guy to come back and he never did. I was afraid it would get stolen and I would be responsible for it. I also called the insurance company, AAA, who arranged the rental for me, to let them know that I was going to have to leave the car at Enfield Collision with it unlocked on a Friday night. I drove down to Enterprise in Enfield and had closed. I couldn’t talk to anyone about it. The car would not lock by opening the door, locking it and closing it. Also I am now being charged for the gas I used that I was on my way out to fill up and the black guy said “I got you. You didn’t use much. I will fill it for you.” Well now I am being charged $25.00 for gas for using a quarter of a tank. This is not right and I will report you to the Better Business bureau if this is not rectified. Also the car was filthy inside when I picked it up in West Springfield. Stuff left in the back seat, ice cream or milk spilt down the arm rest and storage bin and stains on the front two seat that I have no idea what it was. There was a lot of technology I did not know how to use and the guy in West Springfield seemed in a hurry and annoyed that I kept asking questions on how the car worked. Not really happy with the whole rental process and vehicle and I should get my entire $100 deposit back since the black guy told me he would fill it for me at no charge!

  I would love to give 5+ stars but the Windsor location stressed me out! I'm extremely happy that they made good by referring me to the Enfield location. Walking in the door, the professionalism, the courteousness, and the respect gave me peace. The Enfield staff made the entire process quick and smooth.
