Called on my way in to work, stopped on my way home, they diagnosed I had picked up a tiny piece of metal, and they fixed it within the hour! Cannot beat that service!

I brought my 2019 Jeep in for what should have been a routine fix/diagnostic, and it has been nothing but a headache. The service manager Dan was equally as frustrating and extremely unprofessional. He should fine a new job, far away from customer service.
