  Just purchased our 3rd Grand Cherokee through Tim Woolridge at Bolles Motors in Ellington, CT. He was very thorough and helpful throughout the entire purchase process. I highly recommend Tim and Bolles Motors when you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I will certainly be back next time I am looking for another vehicle. I always recommend them to friends and family.

  I should’ve read the reviews on this place before I brought my Jeep here. I see someone said they are about as useless as a hat in a hurricane, and I laughed so hard I almost dropped my phone - because it’s true and I relate to that sentiment. These people literally avoid questions like the plague, and redirect like they’re running for the next term of presidency. I’ve never met a more incompetent group of individuals in my life. It’s a wonder how they all got jobs under the same roof. It’s almost like coming to a circus, only it’s free to walk in and see all the clowns. I’m not trying to be disrespectful, however, I feel disrespected in how I was treated. It’s unfortunate that I have to leave one star, because if I was able, I would leave a review with 0.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life across any type of company I’ve ever dealt with. Preschool level of knowledge when it comes to their own products. Service advisors don’t know what’s going on because they are not mechanics, nor are they mechanically inclined. There is a giant communication gap between the advisor and the service techs who actually do the work on the car. Service manager is about as useless as a hat in a hurricane. I cannot give a low enough rating for this location. Please avoid at all costs.

  I recently bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bolles it developed a water pump leak. I brought it in addressed my concern they took it in replaced the faulty water pump extremely quick. Brian Bolles and his crew are the best of the best!!!!! A+++
