  Why do they say they're open on Sundays if, when you go there, only the secretary is around to tell you, "There's no one here—come back on Monday"? 😂 I think your employees aren't showing up for work, and you don't even realize it. Para que ponen que están abiertos los domingos si cuando uno va está solo la secretaria y te dice no hay nadie aquí que vuelva el lunes 😂 creo que sus empleados no van a trabajar y ustedes ni cuenta se dan

  I always have a good experience here Monro on Foxon East Haven Ct. Jasmine the manager is very knowledgeable and polite I will continue coming for my oil change!

  I called and made an appointment and explained to customer care I had a Groupon coupon. Dropped off my car and told the lady I had a Groupon coupon she said that fine. I get a called 30 to 40 minutes later saying they don't take it and would you still want us to take care of the car. I asked her to contact her manager and see if their anything they can do. She said she talk to her manager and comes with no we cant do anything for you. My fiance looks at the car today and they never changed my oil change numbers on my front screen of my car and never put a new sticker. 100 oil change and it was half assed and would never recommend this location to anyone. Go somewhere else to get your work done bc they don't care about your business
