  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I arrived for my appointment at 7:30am and the business was closed and didn’t open up until 8:00am , I then heard by the manager that no technicians have shown up to work.and I would be looking at a 5 hour wait. After hearing this I then decided to cancel the service appointment.

  Had an appointment confirmed, but when I got there they said they were overbooked and couldn’t get to me for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS! Why would they confirm an appointment if they’re overbooked?

  The lady sandy was outstanding her knowledge of cars is exceptionally good. seems to have been around this type of atmosphere for many years she what every good company needs. Give her a raise she respects your company well.

  The technician by name Barbara (?) was weary friendly, attentive and professional, and gave many reasonable suggestions for my car repair.

  The service manager Jasmine was absolutely fantastic in every way. I go for service regularly being a Lyft driver the way Jasmine runs this facility is top notch. I wish all of your facilities ran so smoothly. With my highest recommendation I can make I highly suggest making her a regional manager or trainer for all the new managers you hire. A five star rating is simply not enough.
