  I used this automatic car wash on 1/09/26. My vehicle had no damage to the hood prior to entering the wash. Immediately after exiting, I noticed new slits and chipped paint on the hood. I reported the damage right away and filed a claim. Management later denied responsibility, stating the damage was pre-existing. However, the images shown to me were taken after the wash, and no time-stamped footage showing my vehicle before entering the wash was provided. I am disappointed with how this claim was handled and how responsibility was dismissed without clear pre-wash evidence. I strongly recommend customers inspect and document their vehicles before and after using this car wash.
