  First time going to that location the service was awesome friendly and very attentive to what was needed to my vehicle, that’s place that I would ongoing.

  Had an appointment for brakes. Got a confirmation text and then arrived to be told nobody was there and they could not assist me. Couldn’t provide any assistance or guarantee it’ll be done tomorrow. If you would like to waste your time and gas, book here.

  My experience with Monroe Auto Centers was terrible. I went in for their advertised $99 full synthetic oil change with a free tire rotation, but I never got the service because they quoted me over $150 instead. When I asked why the price had increased by more than 50%, I was told it was due to “fees and service charges.” The only mandatory extra fee should have been sales tax, which would’ve been around $7, making the total about $106—not $150+. After I questioned it, the attendant said, “The best I can do is $129. If that doesn’t work for you, come back and speak with my general manager.” I left immediately. In my opinion, Monroe Auto Centers is running a scam by hiding fees and pushing extra charges onto customers. I’ve left negative reviews everywhere since and have warned anyone who asks to avoid using them for service.

  I had a great experience. Ray was great and accommodating. Very thorough. Dan did a great job on my car. Oil change and compressor change were done very well. Car drives great! I would highly recommend this place.

  Very bad experience. Damage was done to my vehicle and the tire center took no responsibility. I would give a 0 rating if that was available.
