  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Hoffman Lincoln. After a lot of frustration with other dealerships while trying to find the exact Aviator I wanted, Hoffman was such a refreshing change. Jackie was phenomenal with communication from the very beginning. She was patient, responsive, and genuinely willing to search and work with me to find the right vehicle. Her effort and willingness to help is honestly the reason I decided to purchase from Hoffman instead of the Lincoln dealer I had worked with in the past. Kyle, the manager, was outstanding. He was so easy to work with, kept everything moving, and most importantly, they stayed true to the numbers they gave me. No games, no surprises, no changing things around at the last minute. Jason in Sales was also great. He has an amazing sense of humor and made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, professional, and just easy to work with. The entire team was straightforward, chill, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. After the frustration I had experienced elsewhere, they made the whole process feel seamless. I would absolutely recommend Hoffman Lincoln and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

  Gerry was amazing to work with from start to finish, helping us with our lease for a 2026 Nautilus!   I recently brought my Lincoln Aviator in for service for some recalls. I was blown away by the service I received from Joe. He was attentive, proactive - I can’t say enough good things about my experience and how lucky you are to have an employee like Joe. I am normally hesitant to bring my car into a dealer, but given my experience I will have no problem being a repeat customer!
