  I recently purchased a 2025 Lexus NX 350 from Hoffman Lexus, and I had an excellent experience throughout the entire process. Alex was absolutely tremendous to work with — professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. What impressed me the most was that he even followed up with me after the purchase to check if I needed anything or had any concerns. That level of customer service really shows how much he cares about his clients. I highly recommend Alex and Hoffman Lexus to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.   Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I worked with Gary and Walter and each of them displayed the expertise and knowledge to make you comfortable and assured that you are buying the right car for the right price. I was amazed at some of the technology capabilities of my new vehicle . Gary made certain I had all my questions answered and that I understood what I needed to do. Both of them reiterated that I should return with any questions. Love my new car and thrilled to have worked with Gary and Walter. Shout out to Emmerson who helped me through some tech . All very patient and professional!

  Buying a car at Hoffman Lexus in East Hartford, CT was an outstanding experience from start to finish.   Have come to expect excellence from Lexus, have dealt with Orange County and Darcars of mt Kisco and nothing short of outstanding . Not the same beware. They did a pre inspection on a vehicle I was purchasing and missed many things . Refused to refund the fee. Sold the car a day after buying . Nasty experience beware . Thank you for your response. But Lexus of Mt Kisco physically looked at car didn’t have keys or open hood and detected the car was in a major accident from exterior paint inspection alone , car had been in a major accident not reported to car fax . Doesn’t explain missing a cracked windshield either. Also the customer service desk was inadequately trained in customer relations. The refund would have gone a long way and certainly an attitude adjustment when dealing with customers . O am being kind in no mentioning their names . Lost my trust

  I just purchased my 2026 RX 350h and had the absolute BEST experience at Hoffman Lexus. My old car was a lemon, which was a frustrating process in itself and left me with a lot of uncertainty around timing of my purchase. Hoffman stood out from other places I test drove because they were immediately understanding of my situation. Alex worked with me to find a car with everything I was looking for and that lined up with the general timeframe I had, and everyone was willing to work with me when delays occurred in the lemon process. Alex was never pushy, he answered all my questions and stayed patient throughout. Abu was super helpful during the finance piece of the process, again answering all my questions and giving me the time and space to make decisions about add-ons without feeling pressured. Everyone at Hoffman really made me feel like a person that they cared about, not just another sale. My experience here has been so much different from any other dealership I’ve ever been to, which makes me confident I made the right choice in Hoffman Lexus.
