Darren and the staff at Hoffman were fantastic and I’m very happy with my used Toyota Tundra. 4/5 stars because the driver’s seat control panel was cracked and they opted to patch it rather than replace it. The patch job is awful to look at and it’s the first thing I see every time I open the door. I have ordered the replacement part and will fix it properly myself.

It was a pleasure to work with Michael from the beginning he was knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. He helped us find the perfect car . Through out the ordering process he stayed In constant Communication as he promised. The best call we received from Micheal was to let us know our car had come in a week earlier than expected. We were thrilled to receive the photos shortly after delivery! We would definitely recommend Micheal and the Hoffman Lexus dealership without hesitation.

This was my easiest car purchase and I've purchased 15 cars and pickups of various models over the years. My salesperson was Steve Richards. I was expecting the usual song and dance but he was easy to work with and a price was negotiated that was fair to both. Hoffman Lexus did an outstanding job getting the car ready in a few days. The East Hartford dealership is a comfortable place to wait, clean, comfortable chairs and cappuccino.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this dealership. From the very beginning, communication was almost nonexistent. I called multiple times, sent texts, and repeatedly followed up, yet I rarely received a response. Instead of keeping me informed, I was constantly left wondering what was happening and had to do all the chasing myself.
I was also told I would have to wait over a month for the vehicle I wanted, with little effort made to explore other options or keep me updated. At one point, I even had to show up in person just to get answers because no one would return my calls or messages.
The overall customer service was extremely disappointing. I never felt like a valued customer, and several interactions came across as dismissive and unfriendly. Rather than focusing on helping me find the right vehicle, I felt there was more emphasis on selling my current car than addressing my needs.
After experiencing the level of service I received at another Lexus dealership, the difference was night and day. A luxury brand should provide a luxury customer experience, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
Went in just to look at options to swap my Rx 350. Fell in love with the LX 700h. Chris Coriano (salesman) Robert Serrano (GM) and Al in finance made it happen. Left same day with my car, service was incredible, attention to detail was out of this world, and let’s not forget how much time they took to answer all my questions, and run through my deal line by line. Extremely satisfied. This team has made me a team Lexus for life! Thank you again for your incredible service!
