  It was an absolute pleasure to purchase our 2026 Lexus NX 350H from Hoffman Lexus. Our sales associate, Michael Lantigua, could not have more helpful and personable. He answered all our questions and guided us thru the process like the true professional he is. But the whole team at Hoffman deserves equal credit. Many thanks to Emmerson Corbin for his guidance and tutorial on all of the ins and outs of our new car. Overall, my wife, Paula and myself, made the right decision to come to Hoffman Lexus first!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough amazing things about Al Ramos at Hoffman Lexus! Buying my first car was such a huge and emotional milestone for me, and Al truly went above and beyond to make it happen. From beginning to end, he was patient, professional, honest, and genuinely determined to help me. There were moments when I wasn’t sure everything was going to work out, but Al did not give up on me. He took his time, explained everything, worked with my situation, and found a way to make something I’ve been working toward finally become a reality. This wasn’t just another car purchase to me — this was my FIRST car, and I’ll always remember the person who helped make that moment possible. I walked into Hoffman Lexus hoping for the best and walked out a proud car owner! 🥹❤️ Al, THANK YOU for believing in me, working so hard for me, and making this happen.   My wife and I visited Hoffman Lexus about a week and a half ago expecting the professional and welcoming experience you would expect from a luxury dealership. Unfortunately, what we personally witnessed was the exact opposite. During our visit, I personally witnessed and overheard one of the managers making smug and disrespectful remarks toward sales staff and customers, including remarks directed at me. This is not something I heard about from someone else. I was there and witnessed it firsthand. What made the situation even more surprising was that there were two managers in adjacent offices. One was making these remarks while the other did nothing to address the behavior that we could see. The entire situation came across as extremely unprofessional and made both my wife and me uncomfortable. As a business owner myself, I would never tolerate this type of behavior from someone representing my company, especially someone in a leadership position. Leadership sets the tone for an organization, and what we personally witnessed reflected very poorly on the dealership. We were uncomfortable enough that we decided to leave without purchasing a vehicle. We ultimately purchased a car elsewhere because we did not feel valued or respected at Hoffman Lexus. I hope the ownership and senior leadership of Hoffman Lexus take a serious look at the management and customer environment at this location. A luxury dealership should represent professionalism, respect, and exceptional customer service. Based on what my wife and I personally witnessed during our visit, our experience fell far short of that standard.
