  AWD error message showed up on the dash of my son’s car. They got the car in quickly so this mama didn’t have to worry, and despite several issues, had the service completed by the next day. Communication was great, documentation along the way was great. Overall fantastic experience and now my son can go back to school with a safely running vehicle.

  We received the very best service EVER!!! From the first phone call, to the man in the hallway who helped us to the service desk, to Joe Dulka- everyone was great! Joe you especially went the extra mile for us. We were visiting and on a tight schedule and you made it all happen. We are so grateful!

  It started with Nickie scheduling a used car inspection at the soonest available time, which was next day. She was a pleasure to speak with. Then Zack and the team took care of my Shelby. They sent videos and gave me feedback. It was painless and pleasure to work with them. I’ll definitely be going there for any future needs. Thank you all!

  BUYER BEWARE... I purchased a used "Gold-certified" 2023 Ford Explorer ST in July 2025 with less than 45k miles. On the drive home, I realized the passenger side mirror was a mirror plate duct taped and TPMS tire sensor issue. Took like 2 weeks to get both these issues resolved. After that I refused to let them touch my car after that... August 2025- I kept hearing a funny noise when I hit brakes, found out my CALIPER BOLTS WERE LOOSE!! They quickly paid for the repairs to the other dealership to cover this cost as this was another miss on the "safety inspection". Thankfully I realized there was a problem quickly. And now 1 year later my vehicle .... car was in the shop for 4.5 weeks for a left turbo charger replaced, seals to turbo leaking, and a few hoses. A lot of issues for a gold certified used car that undergoes a rigorous safety and inspection before it gets to labeled as gold certified PS. I've purchased several other certified used card with no issues!
