Bought my Maverick in for an oil change and explained how I would be doing a lot of traveling in July. Joe made some recommendations such as rotating the tires and a fuel injection cleaning. Felt assured that Joe was looking out for me.
I recently bought a new Ford Maverick from Hoffman Ford, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Nichole Reigns was great to work with right from the beginning. She listened to what I was looking for, answered my questions, and helped me find the right truck without ever making me feel pressured.
What I appreciated most was her honesty. She never tried to sell me upgrades or accessories I didn't need. Instead, she took the time to explain the different options and helped me choose the package that was the best fit for me. I appreciated her straightforward approach throughout the process.
The whole experience was easy from start to finish. If you're looking for a new Ford, I'd definitely recommend Hoffman Ford, and I'd especially recommend working with Nichole.

A week ago, I was very frustrated with my service visit. Ford contacted me there was a recall on my car and instructed me to contact the dealer (Hoffman) for a replacement part. I did, and scheduled my appointment well in advance. Hoffman reminded me and confirmed, which indicated to me they knew I was coming and why. I arrived as scheduled and waited 90 minutes to be told Hoffman didn't have the part and would contact me to schedule another appointment when they did. I expressed my frustration with Sean, the service representative. In response, he arranged for Hoffman to valet my car when they had the part on hand. I feel that I was heard and that they came up with a work around to respect my time and mitigate inconvenience to me.

Vehicle had a recall notice for a backup camera replacement. Estimated service time was 4 hours but they were able to do it in only 2 hours. Great work! Unfortunately my service manager couldn’t remember who I was and when I asked where I could find my truck I was told “Out the door, take a left”. Five star service ending in one star service delivery! Never had that happen before. Hope to never have it happen again!

The store is top notch. You are working with the best in the business. I worked with Gerald when I came in for a test drive. He did everything right from the start from his tone, personality, speed - all A+. I was fortunate enough to also speak with Kyle, the sales manager. Needless to say, the experience is what I hope everyone experiences when they car shop. If you want to work with everyday people who are there to find something that fits your needs, rather than cutting corners to get a sale, this is your team. Tyrrell, Kyle, and Gerry - thank you. Even if I never found the right vehicle, this review would still be deserved based on my experience.
