  Desmond was AMAZING! This was my first experience at Hoffman Audi of East Hartford, and he made it a great one. His approach was genuine, kind, friendly, and caring. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer my questions and made the entire car-buying experience enjoyable. I truly appreciated his professionalism and the care he showed throughout the process. Thank you, Desmond, for making my first Audi experience such a memorable one! I absolutely love my Q5! 🚙

  I wanted to highlight Peter (Piotr) for a great experience at Audi Hartford. He genuinely listened to what I wanted, never pressured me, and was patient, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He continued working to find options and numbers that made sense for me, and was incredibly gracious even when I chose another vehicle. That kind of customer service leaves an impression. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter or Jose, the Sales Manager! I’ll definitely be servicing my car there. Not just because it’s convenient, but because their kindness and customer service are rare to find at a dealership.

  After a terrible experience with another dealership, I paid a visit to Audi East Hartford and had Rob as a service advisor. Truly a much, much, MUCH better experience. Very friendly, great communication. Trips to the dealership aren't always fun or cheap, but choosing a quality dealership and working with great people make it all worth it.

  I bought a 2011 Honda CRV from here a MONTH AGO for about 13k, no noted issues from them. This was my first car I bought for myself and was supposed to be a great exciting experience. 3 weeks in the passenger side door actuator goes out, they tried to tell me its not covered under warranty but THANK YOU GERALD for advocating for me to get it fixed and covered. However, I go to get fluids changed at a different location and I was shown my exhaust, muffler, and resonator pipe was 1. rusted 2. detached. I had gone to Hoffmans HONDA service center 2 times and no one had told about this issue that obviously had been present and not mentioned which now is gonna cost me just a little over 1K to fix including the maintenance that they did not upkeep such as brake fluid flushing and power steering flushing, and normal maintenance for 100,000 miles. Im pretty disappointed pretty sad I had some high hopes for Hoffman because they are reputable but just make sure you get another opinion and another set of eyes on the car before you purchase it and if an issue arises advocate for yourself or find you a Gerald because at the end of the day they are a business and money driven and not particularly looking to help after the fact.
