  I recently purchased a used Audi Q3 for my daughter from Hoffman Audi. My experience with the salesman was positive during the sales process, but I was disappointed with the delivery and follow-up. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was informed that it came with only one key. The finance manager acknowledged that the salesman should have disclosed this beforehand, but said the dealership could not cover the cost of an additional key. He promised to call me with a good price for a replacement, but I never received a call. The car was also delivered without a driver’s floor mat, which I found embarrassing for a dealership like Hoffman Audi. The salesman promised to get me a mat and call me back. Again, there was no follow-up. These issues should have been addressed before delivery, and the unfulfilled promises made the experience even more disappointing. Based on this experience, I do not expect to return to this dealership.

  Traveled out of state to purchase a car since they had the exact model/package I was looking for. Miguel made the process super smooth and had me in my new car and on my way home within a couple hours. As always all around great service and very friendly staff at Hoffman Audi!

  Outstanding service experience with Sifaat Rahman! I brought my 2023 Audi e-tron to Hoffman Audi after another local dealer attempted to deny factory warranty coverage on a failing charge port door actuator and failed to properly fix a sunroof leak. The service team at Hoffman—and specifically my service advisor, Sifaat Rahman—was night and day by comparison. Sifaat was exceptional, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure the charge port door failure was immediately addressed and ordered under factory warranty at $0 cost, while also making sure the sunroof issue was properly taken care of. Transparent, straightforward, and truly customer-focused service. Huge thanks to Sifaat and the Hoffman team. This is where I’ll be bringing my Audi for all future service.

  Got a A6 and was pressure from management to get the warranty so I did. 16 months later the engine blows a piston with only 80k miles on it. My warranty had my car certified to 125k miles but Audi claimed there was nothing they could do and would not honor the warranty. You see these car dealerships have a clause and all of their warranties that allows them to get out of it. Their general manager looked me right in the face and said if you’re not going to get the Warranty what happens if something goes wrong with the engine or the computer and low and behold it did and I purchased the Warranty under their recommendation after they knowingly knew they were not gonna cover anything that would go along with the car. So now I’m stuck with a monthly payment on a car that is not drivable and all they did was throw their hands in the air and say sorry there’s nothing we can do so if you’re looking to purchase an Audi, I would stay far and clear because they charge you a lot of money and they cover nothing. Furthermore, their general manager would not return any of my phone calls and no one even called to apologize or see if there was anything they could do just strictly oh well see you later. I would make sure you contact an attorney before you sign any paperwork for an extended warranty or any warranty when it comes to the vehicles as I was taught the hard way that these warranties are not real as I said earlier, there is a clause that allows them to get out of them. I’m extremely disappointed in Hoffman and I’m extremely disappointed and Audi if the product is so good you guys should be backing your warranties

  I had a great experience working with Kevin. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, made everything easy and stress-free, and never made me feel pressured. I really appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Hoffman Audi and sales rep Kevin to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
