  Purchased a ‘24 A5 Cabriolet from them. Originally approached them about getting one from another dealership in Hyannis, MA. After finding out they were not sister dealers and this was not possible, the first person I dealt with was engaged in the conversation to realize they did have what I wanted in one of their other stores. Not only that, but it was a rare find to have both warm weather and cold weather packages. This was a Wednesday and they had the car onsite by Saturday. After a test drive with Kevin I was sold. Everyone from to start to finish, Amy, Kevin, and Edward in Finance were fantastic! Professional, honest and fair. Kevin was extra patient with every question I had and walked my wife I through the whole car.

  I love my salesman Amauri. Hes the best. Whatever I do wherever I go I’ll always come back to him. He goes above and beyond to help with whatever I need. Working on my schedule, staying late … as long as I’m happy

  After a large car dealership down the shore sold me a stolen car and refused to unwind the sale in its entirety. I walked into Hoffman with my trust level on the floor. Not only were they sympathetic to my situation, they sat with me looking at vehicles offering to get any of the ones I wanted to look at immediately. Tyrell, Miguel, Eddie, Jose. It was a team effort, and it didn't feel sleazy. They said " you tell us what you want". Then they drove the car to my home. I've never had that comfort level in a dealership. Especially as an independent woman shopping herself. The complete opposite of how I'm being treated by the dealership that sold me a stolen car. Highly recommend Hoffman Audi in East HTFD. I'm looking forward to getting the car serviced there with peace of mind.

  Kevin was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, professional, low-pressure, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. He helped us find the perfect vehicle and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. A special shout-out as well to Eddie in the office, who walked us through all of the paperwork. He was organized, patient, and made sure we understood everything clearly before signing. These two made the process seamless, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. Exceptional customer service all around. We couldn't be happier with our new car and would highly recommend Hoffman Audi to anyone looking for a first-class car-buying experience.

  My experience was great with Hoffman Audi.. Miguel was friendly and attentive upon greeting us for our scheduled test drive. I immediately knew I wanted to pursue the purchase. The sales manager as well as GM also were very welcoming. The entire process to finalize the purchase took 1 wk. In the meantime, Miguel kept me informed as the car was being serviced. Having been a former customer of Hoffman, so glad I made another purchase from them. They are highly reputable.
