  So wonderful all around, I don’t ever want to go to another dealership. The service department was so helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. I brought my car to another dealer twice and the issue wasn’t resolved, and they started to gaslight me about it, so I took my car to Gengras Volvo and the service rep listened, validated all my concerns, had the foreman come out and take a ride with me to see for themselves. Then they found the issue right away, explained it to me, and helped me out every step of the way. Andy and Francisco were both so nice to work with I genuinely feel like me and my car are in good hands with them. 10 stars honestly.

  Vecdet and Leilani were absolutely great!! Vecdet helped me get the best possible deal for my new 2026 and my 2013 trade-in. Leilani was so helpful showing me around the car and even coming and picking up the car and bringing it back for it to get the Sentinel treatment, as I was unable to drive it due to temporary health restrictions. This is our family’s 6th car purchase from Gengras and they never fail us. Could not recommend them more!

  Honestly, one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Brandi was awesome from start to finish — professional, knowledgeable, and actually listened to what I was looking for. There was none of the typical back-and-forth or pushy sales tactics you usually get at a dealership. She kept everything simple, transparent, and to the point, which made the whole process incredibly easy. Leilani was just as great and went above and beyond getting me set up with the Volvo and making sure I understood everything before I drove off the lot. They both made sure I left feeling confident in my purchase rather than just trying to get me out the door. I’d absolutely recommend Gengras Volvo to anyone looking for a vehicle, and if you can, ask for Brandi and Leilani. They’re a great team and made what can normally be a stressful process feel effortless.

  This dealership treated me in a way that was really generally offensive. I explained my situation and they acted like they understood, I asked for basically a little more for my trade/money off the car I was buying. The sales person asked “if he took 1000$ off would I sign right now?” I said yes. He then came back later and said they wouldn’t. They added in a 900$ doc fee (which seems unreasonably high, I paid 400$ at Mercedes) and multiple thousands of dollars worth of optional things without asking me. I’m sure they take advantage of a lot of people adding in line items that weren’t asked for to begin with. When I said I was going to get my own financing through a credit union I think that’s when they said they would only take 2-300$ off the car. I own and am partners with multiple businesses in the area and will make sure we never come back here. They aren’t priced great either to begin with, just average but the added stuff makes it go from fair to unfair. My advice is to go elsewhere even if you have to travel.

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Brandy on the purchase of our Volvo XC90. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure we found the right vehicle for us. What really stood out was that we never felt pressured or rushed. Brandy took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process incredibly easy and enjoyable. Buying a new car can sometimes be stressful, but Brandy made it the complete opposite. We felt like we were dealing with someone who genuinely cared about her customers rather than simply making a sale. We absolutely love our XC90 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you’re considering a Volvo, ask for Brandy — you will be in excellent hands. We would recommend her without hesitation!
